Refund policy
No Returns on Customer Error We don't accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Wrong shipping address provided
Damaged or Defective Items Received a damaged, misprinted, or defective product? We'll replace it free of charge.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- Email: demidrip01@gmail.com
Wrong Item Shipped If we sent you the wrong product, size, or design—we'll replace it at no cost to you.
Lost in Transit If your carrier confirms your package is lost, we'll reship your order one time at no charge.
Order Cancellations You have 3 hours from order placement to cancel. Once production begins, we cannot cancel your order.
Approved Refunds Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–15 business days.
What We Can't Accept Back All items are made-to-order. We cannot accept returns on:
- Worn or washed items
- Used products
- Size exchanges
